Battery Help · Last updated 13 September 2026

Battery Help helps you look after the battery in your iPhone. This page tells you what the app does with your data. The answer is short: the app keeps your data on your device.

We collect no personal data

Battery Help has no server. The app sends no data to us and no data to any third party. We cannot see your battery readings, your settings or your usage. There is no account and no sign-in.

What the app stores on your device

The app keeps all of this in the app storage on your iPhone. The widget reads the summary through a private app group. Only Battery Help and its widget can read it.

Analytics files that you import

You can give the app a diagnostics file from Settings on your iPhone. The app reads the file on your device and takes the battery figures out of it. The app does not upload the file. The app does not keep the file. It keeps only the battery figures.

Purchases

Apple handles every purchase and every subscription. Apple tells the app whether your Apple Account owns Battery Help Pro. We never see your name, your payment card or your Apple Account. Apple's privacy policy covers that step: apple.com/legal/privacy.

No tracking and no advertising

Battery Help contains no analytics kit, no advertising kit and no tracking. The app does not use the Advertising Identifier. The app never asks to track you across other apps or websites.

Crash reports

Apple can send us crash reports if you turn on Share With App Developers in Settings. These reports come from Apple, not from the app. They hold technical information about the crash. They do not identify you. You can turn this off at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

Children

Battery Help is for a general audience. The app collects no data, so it collects no data from children.

Your rights

The GDPR gives you the right to see, correct and delete your personal data. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to show or delete. Your own data stays on your iPhone. To remove it, delete the app. iOS then removes the app storage and the widget data.

Changes to this policy

We update this page if the app changes. The date at the top shows the last change.
